I have tried to bring together the thoughts that fill my mind and time (nothing!), my poems—a self-help collection of rhymes that help me come to terms with life and navigate this part of the journey amid the madness of the world.
I have become a sourdough addict and have dedicated an area of this site to share that passion, spread the word, and promote homemade butter.
Once you start learning about the benefits of sourdough, you inevitably consider the best flour to use. This exploration led me to discover Einkorn wheat, an ancient and unhybridized grain—one of the earliest food types.
One of my closest friends is a farmer, and I am excited to say that we have planted one acre of Einkorn wheat. Fingers crossed for the first loaf!
